What is the LTS Connect mobile app?
The LTS Connect app is designed to help you view and manage Beacon surveillance cameras on your property. It is compatible with the latest firmware versions for the NVR (Network Video Recorder) and offers enhanced features for ease of use.
What features make LTS Connect more user-friendly?
- More cameras per page: You can view multiple cameras simultaneously and easily access playback footage.
- Playback on the live view page: The playback button is now on the same screen as live viewing, making it quicker to switch between modes.
- Live recording and snapshots: Record footage and take photos of any live camera feed.
- Enhanced camera views:
- Double-tap any camera to enlarge the view.
- Rotate your phone for an even bigger display.
- Use the four-square icon to customize how many cameras appear on the screen.
How do I install the LTS Connect app?
- Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for and download the LTS Connect app.
- Follow the quick setup prompts.
- The app will guide you through a few easy steps to prepare for camera setup.
How do I add my property’s cameras to the app?
- Open the app and tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select "Add Device Manually" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the "LTS Connect Domain" option, then tap on the "IP/Domain" selection at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter your property’s credentials (provided by Beacon).
- Tap the Save icon in the top-right corner.
- Wait for confirmation that the cameras have been added. You should see the number of cameras appear on your screen.
- Tap the "Start Live View" button at the bottom of the screen to begin viewing the live camera feed.
